Delete your account

You can delete your MomentAI account and associated data at any time. This page satisfies Google Play’s account-deletion requirements for apps that support account creation.

In the MomentAI app

1. Sign in with the account you want to remove.
2. Open You → Delete account (enter your password to confirm).
3. Confirm. We remove your profile, generation history, and auth record.

On the web

1. Sign in at momentai.dev.
2. Open your account menu and choose Delete account (when available), or contact us below.

Request by email

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with subject Account deletion request. We process requests within 14 days.

What we delete

• Your MomentAI user profile and generation history
• Uploaded moment images in object storage (when still present)
• Your Supabase Auth user
• Active web (Stripe) subscriptions are cancelled when possible
