Agreement

By using MomentAI (“the Service”), including momentai.dev and the MomentAI iOS / Android apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

MomentAI analyzes photos you provide and generates Spotify playlist suggestions. Features may include saving playlists to Spotify, viewing past moments, regenerating playlists (Plus), and sharing cards.

Accounts & eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must comply with Spotify’s and other third-party terms when connecting those services.

Your content

You retain rights to photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Service (including AI analysis and cover art for playlists you save). Do not upload content you do not have rights to, or that is illegal or harmful.

Plans & payments

• Free users receive a daily moment limit as described in the app.
• Website: MomentAI Plus on momentai.dev is billed through Stripe. Pricing and trial terms are shown at checkout.
• iOS / Android apps: MomentAI Plus is an auto-renewable subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. After any free trial, you will be charged unless you cancel. Manage or cancel in your device’s subscription settings. The price shown by Apple or Google at purchase is authoritative.
• Subscriptions renew until canceled. Taxes may apply.

Acceptable use

You may not abuse the Service (scraping, reverse engineering, overloading APIs, circumventing limits, or using it for unlawful purposes). We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Disclaimers

Playlists are generated algorithmically and may not always match your taste. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Music availability depends on Spotify.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MomentAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you have not paid).

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be noted in the app or by email when practical.
